EB-Tax Setup

Unable to add a new Fiscal Classification Codes to Product Category

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Tax Manager responsibility > Products > Product Classification
2. Query Fiscal Classification Type Code : Product Category
    Proceed to create a new Fiscal Classification Code : 'NON TAXABLE'
3. Choose Effective date from Calendar icon: '01-Jan-1951'
    Click on 'Apply' and click 'Apply' once again the error message is shown up.
