Symptoms

Error is encountered while navigating to "View Cart and Checkout" > Edit during creation of Requisition from India Local iProcurement.

Function Not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact system administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local iProcurement.
2. Go to Shop > Non-catalogue request.
3. Create the request and add to cart.
4. Once it is added to the cart, click "View cart and checkout".
5. Click on edit to attach the taxes in the shopping cart.
6. Error is encountered.
