ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Oracle Inventory, putaway fails when serial numbers from two different parents LPN's are received into same LPN during receipt.

Steps to reproduce the issue
---------------------------------
1. Created serial at receipt item SER1 and assigned it to M4 and M7 orgs.
2. Created Internal Req # 14766 with 2 lines for Qty = 10 each.
3. Ran Create Internal Orders and Order Import. ISO# 66465
4. Pick released the ISO.
5. Next, on the Transact Move Orders form, completed the transactions such
that serials SS0001 to SS0010 got assigned to first line and serial SS0011 to
SS0020 to second line.
6. On Shipping Transactions form, ship confirmed the ISO.
7. On mobile, using Materials & mfg responsibility, in M7 org, did receipt
for IR for 2 quantity.
8. Next, on mobile, tried to deliver this quantity by entering the serials
SS0001 and SS0011.
Got the following error:

|Create In-transit Shipment interface record failed. |Quantity tolerance
exceeded.

Repeated the above steps for serial item SER2, IR: 14767 (Qty 10 and Qty 20),
ISO: 66466. Serials SS0001 to SS0010 assigned to line 1 and serials SS0011 to
SS0030 to line 2.

Got the error when tried to receive and deliver 4 serials - SS0001, SS0002,
SS0011, SS0012

Error message:
