On : 12.2.8 version, Approvals - Req, PO

Many Purchase Orders having Short Text  and long text attachment when submitted for approval, the POAPPRV workflow fails in the Workflow Activity "Approve PO Notification with PDF (OAF)" with the below error message

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Users creates Purchase Order
2. Adds a long or short text attachment with greater than 4000 characters
3. User sends Purchase Oder for approval
4. Next approver opens Purchase Order approval notification and the error is seen.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open the PO Notification when these attachments are used.
