Symptoms

When attempting to email a Purchase Order (PO) the following error occurs

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing responsibility
2. Navigate to Purchase Order Summary > Query PO > Tools > Communicate
3. Click Email check box
4. In Email Address field, enter email address that has domain name longer than 4 characters (ex:   testemail@testcompany.network)
5. Click OK
6. Error "FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20002" occurs
