"OTL: Timecard Audit Trail Report" Does Not Always Pick Up All the Employees If Run it For Wide Date Range (Doc ID 2932814.1)

"OTL: Timecard Audit Trail Report" Program is not always loading all the  data  in HXC_RPT_TC_DETAILS_ALL  when run the report for wide date range  


 STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to OTL Administrator >Processes and Reports 

2- Submit "OTL: Timecard Audit Trail Report" using the following parameters 

-from Date 01-Jan-2022 to Date  30-Apr-202

-Delete and regenerate  = Yes 

-Working status =No.

2-View Output , found a lot of records are missing  

3- Applied  Patch 29448368: R12.HXT.C but the issue is not fixed
