Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version:
When two users are accessing the same recipe in two different sessions, the second user receives the messages below on the Recipe form. This occurred after upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10. It worked correctly in 12.1.3.
ERROR
-----------------------
"Could not reserve record [2 tries]. Keep trying?" (User responses No)
"FRM-40501:Oracle error unable to reserve record for update or delete."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Formulator
2. Navigation: Recipes
3. Two users open the same recipe on the form. Second user receives above messages.
Changes
Upgrade from 12.1.3 to R12.2.10
