Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, Actual Cost Process
Actual Cost Adjustments have been entered for the period. Find that the Actual Cost Process for period completes in Error with the errors below in the log file.

At end of log file, see "Program was terminated by signal 11"
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation: Actual Costs > Actual Cost Process
3. Submit Actual Cost Process and view log for messages
