There is an error activating an Oracle Marketing Offer
The budget source does not have enough money to fund the requested amount.
1) The Offer is not getting set for Approval. On examining the Workflow Notifications,
it shows that the Budget Source Does not Have Enough Money.
This is an Accrual Budget and should have Unlimited money.
N>In the OMO-Offers Screen, click on Request Approval button (Budget type Accrual)
