IE: Local Property Tax (LPT) Value Is Incorrect in Pay Advise Report after Running the Fortnight Payroll Run Process (Doc ID 2933116.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

After submitting the Payroll Run process, when checking the Local Property Tax (LPT) value in Pay Advise Report form, observed that the LPT value is incorrect calculated for a fortnight Payroll.


Example:
The LPT value is calculated over 27 fortnightly pay periods: 258/27 = 9.55
This should complete after 26 pay periods, so the value should be calculated as 258/26 = 9.92

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to IE HRMS Responsibility
  2. Navigate to View > Request > Submit a New Request
  3. Run Payroll process
  4. Go to View > Payroll Process Results > search for Payroll name > find
  5. Go to Assignment process > select one employee > go to 'SOE Report' tab > check 'Pay Advice Report' for Local Property Tax (LPT)
