Symptoms

Oracle Content Manager allows a document stored in one of the folders to be moved to another folder. When User moves the document from one folder to another folder, they are receiving error.

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package IBC_DATA_SECURITY_PVT Procedure get_grantee_usernames
Error returned in IBC_DATA_SECURITY_PVT.get_grantee_usernames.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Content Manager > Content > My Content
2. Select Folder, Select Content: Move
3. Click Go
