Simplified FSG Submission Page and Report Set Submission Page Show Different Default Periods (Doc ID 2933268.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On the Simplified FSG Submission page - period defaults to first period in calendar that is still Open (i.e. periods for 2020 are all closed and periods
for 2021 are all open. period Jan-2021 will show as the default period here even though we are currently in Dec-2021 period).

On the Report Set Submission page - period defaults to last period defined in calendar regardless of status (i.e. last period defined in calendar is
Jan-2022 but is Never Opened. periods for 2021 are all open with Nov-2021 and Dec-2021 having Future Entry status. Period Jan-2022 will default).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Oldest open period (Jan-2021) should be defaulted in Report Set Submission similar to in Simplified FSG Submission

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Responsibility: Oracle Report Manager
2.Report Submission:
    a)TAB: Financial
       The LOV Default Value is the Oldest Open Period
    b)TAB: Report Set
       The LOV Default Value is the Newest Defined Period
