Symptoms


When attempting to generate Draft Invoices through concurrent program PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project, the following error occurs in the log


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Projects Responsibility
2. Navigate to View > Requests
3. Submit a single request - PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project
4. Review the Log/Output
