Symptoms
When trying to select an item under item transaction defaults , user is getting the below error.
ERROR

Transactable attribute is not set for this item
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Inventory Responsibility
2. Navigate to Setup-->Transactions--> Item Transaction Defaults
3. Enter a item and tab out
4. The above error is displayed on the screen
