When attempting to approve drop ship purchase orders, the following error occurs

 


Steps to Reproduce

1.  Open Purchasing Responsibility
2.  Go to Purchase Orders > Purchase Orders
3.  Open Drop Ship Purchase Order
4.  Click Approve and receive the ORA-14450 above
