Unnecessary Debug Message Is Shown On Standard Purchase Order Import Or Requisition Import (Doc ID 2934947.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
On a request log file of Standard Purchase Orders Import, the following message is shown even though FND debug log option is disabled.

To get the log messages for PDOI, please use the following id to query
against FND_LOG_MESSAGES table:
AUDSID = 809253

This is also shown on a log file for Requisition Import where Purchase order is created automatically by CREATE PO Workflow.

Expected Behavior

The above message is not shown when FND debug log option is disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to System Administrator > Profile > System > Set profile option "FND: Debug Log Enabled" = No
  2. Execute Standard Purchase Orders Import.
  3. Review a request log file.
