Symptoms

The Reporting Sequence was not generated for certain months as the users terminated by mistake the child program that creates the sequencing (XLAREPSEQ: Reporting Sequencing). Some other periods were closed correctly afterwards.

Reporting for Localizations is further affected since the Reporting Sequence is missing (for example, JEITJNLLG - Italian Journal Ledger Report).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. General Ledger responsibility > Setup > Open/Close > Close the period
2. See the XLAREPSEQ: Reporting Sequencing concurrent submitted > Cancel/terminate it manually
3. See the Reporting Sequence are not generated for the period
4. Close the next periods without cancelling any concurrent program
5. Observe that the Reporting Sequence is generated properly for these periods
6. Observe there are no changes for the periods which had the programs cancelled even after closing the next periods
7. Localizations responsibility > View > Request > Submit a new request > Run any program that uses Reporting Sequencing (for example, JEITJNLLG - Italian Journal Ledger Report)
8. Observe all such reports are affected by the missing Reporting Sequences related to steps 2/3 above
