Steps to reproduce the issue

Step#1
Create a Manual/Spreadsheet Journal.

Step#2
Post the Journal with Spreadsheet/ Manual as source.

Step#3
Review the Journal in the Reporting Currency Ledger. The Journal is not created/transferred to the Reporting Currency Ledger.
