On : 12.2.7 version, Weblogic Server

Cannot startup EBS application on second node due to failed credentials connecting to node manager

While attempting to startup the secondary application tier after running successful adop cutover,   The following error is seen

ERROR

ERROR: Invalid credentials passed.
