APP-JTF-210604 Error When Viewing Specific Metadta Tables in Advanced Collections (Doc ID 2935505.1)

Symptoms

When opening the 'Strategy Work Items: Bill To' node in the Collectors Work Queue (UWQ), the following error occurs.

APP-JTF-210604: Program error: Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

jtf_grid.populate package reports error:

An unexpected error occurred in jtf_grid.populate

grid: <GRID_BLOCK.GRID_ITEM>
datasource: <IEX_BILLTO_STR_UWQ>

The following information is available:

The error is most likely in the form of the metadata definition.

Click OK and get a second error:

ORA-00938 not enough arguments for function
ORA-06512 at APPS.JTF_GRIDDB line 837
ORA-06512 at SYS.DBMS_SQL line 1134
ORA-06512 at APPS.JTF_GRIDDB line 722
ORA-06512 at APPS.JTF_GRIDDB line 878

Navigation: Collections or Collectors Work Queue

  1. Open the UWQ and select the 'Strategy Work Items: Bill To' node.
  2. Similar errors can occur in various CRM and Collections forms.
