When attempting to update absence types in Arabic,
the following error occurs.

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 12899 in fdxmlsbc
Cause: fdxmlsbc failed due to ORA-12899: value too large for column "HR"."PER_ABS_ATTENDANCE_TYPES_TL","NAME" (actual:32, maximum 30)

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error

was: update PER_ABS_ATTENDANCE_TYPES_TL set
LAST_UPDATE_DATE=SYSDATE, LAST_UPDATED_TY=UI,LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN=LI,
SOURCE_LANG= CL, NAME= TO where
LANGUAGE= :L and ABSENCE_ATTENDANCE_TYPE_ID=:k0 and was
executed from the file &ERRFILE

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login application with HRMS Manager Responsibility.
2. N > Total Compensation > Basic > Absence Types
3. Try to update the Absence Type name in Arabic.
4. Getting above mentioned error
