Web ADI Upload Is Prompting To Enter Username And Password Even Though Users Are Logged Into The System (Doc ID 2936235.1)

Symptoms

The Web ADI Upload prompts for login credentials for the Web ADI documents saved locally and not uploaded in the same login session

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. The user logs into the Application
  2. Navigate to Desktop Integrator responsibility > Create Document
  3. The user creates a Web ADI document and saves it locally
  4. The next day, the user logs into the application and opens the Web ADI document that was saved locally
  5. The user fills in the Web ADI document and when he tries to Upload the document, Web ADI is prompting to enter username and password
