ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While running "CLE: Israeli Localization Open Format File Generation BKMVDATA E-Text Program", report output is displaying special character TAB.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to not have special characters in "CLE: Israeli Localization Open Format File Generation BKMVDATA E-Text Program" report output.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localizations Responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Run "CLE: Israeli Localization Open Format File Generation BKMVDATA E-Text Program".
