Symptoms
Release Not Reflecting in LOV of Invoice Matching Form while Matching With The Invoice.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to payables responsibility > Invoices > enter Invoice >
2. click match Tab
3. Query Po and release number.
4. LOV return zero records.
