Issue with address book section in Buyer initiated supplier registration process

In Buyer initiated supplier registration process, client is facing issue with address book. United states is not available to select and getting errors.

Buyer initiates supplier registration Process
Address Book
Click dropdown list of Country
United States is missing

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot choose United States
