Symptoms
On : 12.2.x version, Concurrent Manager Issues
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P000 ORA-01460 ORA-29 w/Conc Programs
Seeing the following errors in the request logs. Happening for both seeded and custom programs.
Already have FND_FILE enabled as expected. DB parameter temp_undo_enabled set to FALSE and
event='10946 trace name context forever, level 8454144'

MSG-00103: Error Message : ORA-20100: ORA-20100: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
