When attempting to inactivate a Collector, the following error occurs in Collectors Form:

ERROR

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Responsibility: Collections Administrator

Navigation: Collectors

1. Query the collector to be inactivated > Try to uncheck the Active checkbox
