Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS)
AutoInvoice Import Program (RAXTRX)
Symptoms
Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) batches were created and sent to Oracle Receivables (AR) module. The batches got stuck in the interface after running the AutoInvoice Import Program due to error, as shown in the output of this concurrent program.
ERROR
1) Please set up a valid contributor class for the customer site associated with this record. (<number>)
2) Please set up a valid organization class for the inventory organization location associated with this record.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. AGIS responsibility > Outbound > Create an AGIS batch
2. Fill in all the details for the transaction and submit it for transfer to AR module
3. Oracle Receivables responsibility > run AutoInvoice Import program (RAXTRX)
4. See error in its output
5. See the batch remains stuck in the interface and cannot be imported
