Information in this document applies to any platform.
After a contract has been created and awarded, a Change Request is initiated using the Contract Organizer Form. The Change Request is submitted and the OKE Change Request Workflow is initiated. The workflow will look for the approver and notify the user.
After the approver has approved the Change Request the workflow is failing with the following error message.
