Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tax Distributions are not getting generated while importing taxes via Open Interface.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax should correctly migrated from open interface to Receivables.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into the responsibility: Oracle Financials for India.
2. Navigate to Transactions -> Tax Open Interface.
3. Enter the mandatory Tax details and Run AutoInvoice.
4. Notice that Tax Distributions are not getting generated in Receivables.
