Symptoms
On: 12.2.10 version, Enterprise Command Center
When attempting to run the ECCRUNDL: ECC Run Data Load concurrent program, the following error occurs.
ERROR
There is Exception while applying load rule for dataset icx-catalog for job 13,459 There is Exception while applying load rule for dataset icx-catalog for job 13,459 exception details:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "ICX"."ICX_ECC_SESSION_GT2"."PURCHASING_CATEGORY" (actual: 165, maximum: 163)

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into E-Business Suite
2. Open Purchasing responsibility and navigate to the concurrent program form.
3. Run the ECC Run Data Load concurrent program
4. Program completes in error.
