After Setting the profile option 'ICX: NUMERIC CHARACTERS' to 10.000,00 at user level, few GL concurrent programs are completing with error

Exception Occured while inserting the data into GL_DAILY_RATES_INTERFACE-1722:-ORA-01722: invalid number

Number of Records Successfully Processed into GL: 16

Program - Daily Rates Import and Calculation Request Submitted successfully. Request_id is -3286504

Number of Records Rejected at GL_DAILY_RATES_INTERFACE: 75372


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to General Ledger Responsibility.
2. Navigation: View/Submit a New Request.
3. Run the custom program 'XXXXX: XX GL Daily Rates Process'.
4. The program gets completing with error.

Changes

The Profile Option ICX: Numeric Characters is set to 10,000.00 at the site level and the issue is occurring after setting the Profile Option ICX: Numeric Characters is set to 10.000,00 at the user level
