G-Invoicing Mass Performance Submission Not Working For Submission Without Providing Order Number (Doc ID 2937265.1)

Multiple agencies try to submit the Mass Performance program without the order number (From and To) parameters populated and the delivery performances was not created.

The performances were not created even when order range was provided. The delivery performances were created only when a specific order number was entered (same order number was provided in both From and To parameter).


Reproduce By Steps

Submit The Mass performance program without the order number for Delivery performances with performance date.
