Symptoms
When attempting to run Receivable Command Center Data Load - Full Load and Incremental Load, the process runs for hours and never completes. The log file shows it is stuck at the following and never progresses:

Navigation: Submit Request
- Submit the Receivables Command Center Data load with Load Type = Incremental.
- Submit the Receivables Command Center Data load with Load Type = FULL_LOAD.
