Goal

How to change the placement of enabler from Policy creation to Insurance Stream Generation?

Reason for the change is two fold:
1. Legal Requirement to have the policy effective for entire term of the contract and industry practice is to defer the first billing of Insurance for 60/90 days.
2. Moving the enabler from Policy creation to Insurance Stream generation provides flexibility to the customer in multiple process like Billing of the insurance,Rebook, CTAs, Transfer and Assumptions etc.
