Symptoms

From TFN exceptions reported in STP Exception Report, unable to make whether the Basis of Payment is NULL or NOT NULL

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: AU HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit New Request
3. Run Single Touch Payroll Archive 2022
4. Check the Single Touch Payroll Exception Report
