Incomplete Or Empty Tags in 'Polish JPK Inventory Transactions File' (Doc ID 2937501.1)

Symptoms

SkadMM and DokadMM tags of JPK Inventory File tags are either empty or incomplete for certain transactions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to "Inventory" responsibility. Submit "Polish JPK Inventory Transactions File" Concurrent Program
2. Find that certain tags are empty or incomplete in the output.
