Symptoms

The Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF process is failing with an error in the log file for PYXMLRNP2: Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF.

The expected retro assignments are created and seen in the Retropay Status page, but the report will not render in PDF format.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. From HRMS Manager responsibility (or equivalent), Navigate: Processes & Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request
2. Submit request for Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF and get error.
3. Check Retropay Status form and see retro assignments have been created and are awaiting processing.  Navigate: View > Retropay Status
