R12: XTR: Oracle Treasury Currency Details Window Receive Error FRM-40602 (Doc ID 2937674.1)

The Currency Details Window raises error FRM-40602

Within the Currency Details window, when attempting to add a currency, receive the error FRM-40602.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into Oracle Applications using a Treasury responsibility.
2. Open the Currency Details Window
   (N) Setup > Policies > Currency Details
3. Click on [Add/Maintain Currency]
4. The error raises.
   
   

The issue remains after:

• Applying Patch 18732457
• Recompiling invalid DB objects and Form PL Libraries
• Compiling views XTR_AUTH_CCY_COMBINATIONS_V and XTR_MASTER_CURRENCIES_V using SQL command "ALTER VIEW ... COMPILE" .
• Regenerating form executable XTRSEFXP.fmx
