Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Vendors with a large amount of tasks are unable to access the Field Service Third Party Technician Portal.
The following query to retrieve contacts is being executed thousands of times.

SELECT CONTACT_COMM_PREF,CONTACT_NAME
FROM CSF_PO_CONTACT_POINTS_V
WHERE INCIDENT_ID = :B1

Eventually users will recieve the following timeout error.

ERROR
-----------------------

Failure of server APACHE bridge:
No backend server available for connection

 

STEPS
-----------
 (R) Field Service Third Party Admin Portal
 - Execute the seeded Open Tasks Saved Search
 - Timeout error will occur after several minutes
