Unable to See Oracle Projects Command Center (ECC) Menu in Seeded Oracle Project Super User Responsibility (Doc ID 2938096.1)

Symptoms

After installing ECC and integrating it with EBS. General Ledgers (GL), Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), Fixed Assets (FA) and Projects (PA) command centers were enabled. Role based access control (RBAC) for ECC was completed manually using the User Management responsibility. All the command centers can be seen using the shipped product-specific responsibility mentioned in Doc 2495053.1 except for PA.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Follow installation process and User Access grants for ECC as per: Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 (Latest Version) (Doc ID 2495053.1)
  2. Login to application using Project Super User responsibility mentioned in the above document
  3. ECC menu is not included
