WebADI gets stuck and does not download data when we use Add Criteria "Primary: Life Cycle" and "Primary: Life Cycle Phase" for Item Advanced Search

When we use "Add Criteria" to add fields in the Advance Search Criteria and search in the Item , the webADI opens the excel sheet but does not progress when trying to export the results.
But when user does not use "Add Criteria" and export the search results, the webADI gets successfully downloaded even for larger number of records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Webadi should successfully export the results of advance search criteria when "add criteria" option is used.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose Development Manager resp
2. Navigation: Development Manager > Advance Search > Add criteria "Primary: Life Cycle" and "Primary: Life Cycle Phase" > search with new criteria and item status field > Try to export the result > observe that excel sheet but does not progress when trying to export the results.
