Symptoms

Search for unassigned PARs not working

In Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management, Advance Search for Unassigned requisitions/PAR/IGT Requisitions from demand workbench are not showing the results

No unassigned PARs are returned

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect results for unassigned PAR is the search results

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CLM Purchasing Responsibility
2. Demand Work Bench
3. Post Award requests
4. Search for Unassigned -> Yes
5. Verify the search results.
