Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, US Payroll
The Payroll Activity Report (PAYUSPAT.rdf) is higher by the amount of $6036.03 compared to the W2 Register Totals Report (PAYUSW2T.rdf) for Box 12DD (Employer Provided Health Care Coverage).
The W2 Register Total Report numbers match the Oracle seeded reports: Federal State Tax Remittance Manager Report (PYFTRMGR) and US Gross to Net (PAYUSGTN.rdf).
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using the US SUPER HRMS Manager or Equivalent.
2. Submit the Single Request > Year End Pre-Process (YEPP) by Government Reporting Entity (GRE).
3. Submit the Request Set > W2 Register Totals Report (post YEPP Report).
4. Submit the Request Set > Payroll Activity Report.
5. Compare and observe the Totals on the W2 Register Totals Report for 12DD do NOT match the Payroll Activity Report Totals.
