Symptoms
Getting below error while opening a Receipt from Payment History Dashboard in ECC. When opening same Receipt from Receivable Workbench, it is working fine.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Any Receivables Responsibility with ECC
Navigation: Receivables Command Center > Payment History tab
- Select any Receipt from the Payment List
- After selecting prefilled Receipts Workbench will open
- Error will be shown
- After selecting OK on error popup, then receipt disappeared
