Getting "No Data Found" Error when opening a Receipt from ECC Payment History Dashboard (Doc ID 2938913.1)

Symptoms

Getting below error while opening a Receipt from Payment History Dashboard in ECC. When opening same Receipt from Receivable Workbench, it is working fine.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Any Receivables Responsibility with ECC
Navigation
: Receivables Command Center > Payment History tab

  1. Select any Receipt from the Payment List
  2. After selecting prefilled Receipts Workbench will open
  3. Error will be shown
  4. After selecting OK on error popup, then receipt disappeared
