While Upgrading To ECC V9 Import Application Using File Fails With "ERROR: Failed with status 409" (Doc ID 2938943.1)

On : 12.2.9 version, Enterprise Command Center

Upgraded ECC to V9 using Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 (Latest Version) (Doc ID 2495053.1) -> "Appendix C: Upgrading Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework to Release 12.2 V9"

During step "Section Import Enterprise Command Center Applications" from mentioned note, import of shipped ECC application for product zip file "" failed with below error message:


ERROR: Failed with status 409 for url http://<domain>:<port>/ecc/user/import/applications?gfmString=e53RiUwzs6jAymO5lAdDkA..
Please check the log: import_20230307135817.log in ECC instance for error details
