Goal
Qn1: It is not possible to select Service Contracts with period type of Calendar from the Service Item Line In Sales Order when selecting Action as Service Contract Details for Existing Contracts as the LOV shows only contracts with period type of Service. How to ensure that we are able to select Contracts of period type Service as well as Calendar to ensure smooth integration between Order Management and Service Contracts ?
