ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Periodic WIP Distribution Details Report Parameters are blank


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Parameters entered during program submission should be visible in the report output of Periodic WIP Distribution Details Report

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Open Cost Management Responsibility
3. Navigate to Requests > View requests > Submit New Request
4. Run program Periodic WIP Distribution Details Report with parameters
5. After completion of the program, open the report output to view that parameters are blank.
