Requisition Header Attachments are Not Visible on Approval Notifications for Auto Created Purchase Orders.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Requisition Header Attachments should be visible on Approval Notifications for Auto created Purchase Orders.

STEPS:
---------------

1. Log into Oracle Applications with Purchasing Responsibility.

2. Create a Purchase Requisition with Header Level Attachments and Approve it.

3. Auto create Purchase Order from the Approved Requisition and submit it for Approval.

4. PO Approver cannot see attachments in the Approval Notification.
