Symptoms

When attempting to interface Sales Order Fulfilment to Install Base
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
One or more Serials shipped in this order are active with other customer hence cannot be associated with this customer

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Installed Base Administrator
2) Transaction Error Processing
